Overview

Well-regarded law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit an Employment Partner or Partner-Designate of at least 7 years’ PQE for succession-planning reasons. The work is predominantly undertaken on behalf of corporate clients and involves respondent/ defendant work in Employment Tribunals and they also undertake a significant amount of non-contentious work including HR Policies and procedures, Contracts of Employment, TUPE, Redundancy consultation, Grievance and disciplinary, Sickness and absence management, etc. All candidates will have strong Employment law experience and, ideally, you will also have management/ supervisory experience
