Overview
Employment Solicitor Leeds I am working with a leading City practice who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their small team out of their central Leeds office. The Role The role is for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the team and undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work. You will be carrying your caseload of matters advising primarily registered providers of social housing on the full range of employment law matters including: TUPE advice and drafting Presentations and General Employment Law seminars and training to clients Restructures Misconduct, sickness absence, grievances etc Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage Conducting Investigations on behalf of clients You also mentor and supervise more junior fee earners within the team, and support Partners on more complex matters as and when required. About You You will be: An experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE Able to undertake your caseload under minimal supervision Able to build and maintain client relationships Someone with a strong attention to detail Someone who enjoys supervising and developing junior fee earners The Team and the Firm The firm are a longstanding City of London practice who have a great reputation nationally due to the work they do with registered providers, local authorities, and other public sector as well as private sector clients. They have seen their Leeds offering grow over the last few years, and key hires from large international practices has helped cement their reputation further in Yorkshire and the North.
