Overview
A unique opportunity for a IP litigation lawyer to move in-house into the music industry. An international music organisation are looking for an IP Litigation lawyer to join their global litigation team. This is a unique position in an area of critical importance for global recorded music. You will pay a key part in developing and executing the company's global litigation strategy. Key responsibilities: Overseeing and advising on high profile music piracy litigation; Developing and executing global strategy and priorities; Formulating submissions to governments to pursue improvements to national copyright laws and enforcement policy. To be successful in the role you will have: 2-5 years PQE experience in an IP Litigation role however all candidates will be considered on merit; Experience dealing with copyright law; An interest or affinity with the music sector.
