Overview
Commercial Litigation Solicitor 0-3 yrs PQE Birmingham Top 50 Firm Fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (0-3 yr PQE) to be part of this successful Birmingham practice and join a Commercial Litigation department that represents clients both nationally and internationally. The role will provide exposure to an incredibly varied range of dispute resolution work of real importance, to include litigation, arbitration and ADR. Your caseload will consist of a wide variety of commercial litigation matters such as breach of commercial contracts (including banking and IT), fraud claims, professional negligence, judicial review, contentious trust and probate matters, as well as looking at all forms of ADR. You will be well supported at partner level and by other senior fee-earners throughout the whole department. The role will suit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor currently working in Dispute Litigation for a national or strong regional firm with a keen desire to work with international clients, NQ candidates will be considered as long as they have had a seat in Commercial Litigation.
