This is a very progressive opportunity for a Pensions Solicitor to join a leading Top 200 UK firm in London. Through further growth and winning a significant client, the firm are now seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to work alongside the Partners, to further their offering in London. They have recently attracted a number of heavy hitting Partners from Top 200 UK and leading Legal500 firms into their London office, which is a testament to the quality of this practice. The Role The firm is seeking to recruit an ambitious Pensions Solicitor or Associate to join their expanding team in London You will join a skilled and very successful Pensions team, highly regarded nationally and internationally for the work that they do. You will work closely with the specialist Partners dealing with; Employers (UK and International), Trustees (including offshore), Pension Product Providers and Individuals on all aspects of pensions law. This will include: Pension Scheme Documentation Corporate Transactions Pension Regulator Clearance Reorganising Schemes Pension Protection Fund Negotiations Funding matters Closing schemes on future accrual and winding-up schemes As this position has been created through further growth, there are outstanding progression prospects on offer.
