Design Engineer Our client provides high quality and cost-effective heating, ventilation and air-conditioning solutions to industrial and commercial clients across the UK. Their team of experts offer bespoke design, project management, installation and maintenance services for customers across a wide range of sectors. They are looking for an experienced Design Engineer who is able to take a project from start to finish. We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Mechanical Design Engineer, ideally with previous experience in a Building Services role. We are looking for someone with a good level of technical knowledge and a strong understanding of all stages of the design process. Design Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems for a wide range of projects Respond to client queries, make informed decisions and communicate these clearly. Prepare specifications aligned to your designs. Have a broad knowledge of systems available on the market and be able to confidently recommend the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Be experienced in Project Management and completion of contracts The Preferred Candidate will have: A Degree in Building Services Engineering Mechanical design experience AutoCAD understanding Mechanical estimating experience desired Essential Skills: Self-driven, dynamic project manager with good experience within the industry Practical and can-do approach and professional when communicating Keen for new experience, responsibility, to develop new skills and expand knowledge base.
