They are looking for people with VoIP experience as well as Salesforce knowledge. Experience in design and delivery of complex call centre solutions Configuring VOIP systems and end to end IP Hardware Working knowledge of TLS/SSL especially in context of SIP,RTP/WebRTC Detailed understanding of DNS and TCP in WAN environment.
