Project Manager/Snr Project Manager - Project Management Consultancy London Salary £55K to £75K shares & package The Company Our client is an innovative Project Management organisation based in London who work with some of the leading London based commercial property developers, where they bring inspirational and intelligent management to a wide range of capital investment and asset management projects in the commercial development, corporate occupiers and retail sectors. They are looking to recruit entrepreneurial PM/SPM to be the directors of the future. Requirements Degree qualified - MCIOB, RICS, MICE Minimum of four years’ relevant experience within PM Consultancy Experience of working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients, updating clients on progress, while taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to exceed their expectations Experience of working on major commercial office schemes Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of project in co-operation with line manager A strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills Able to work on own initiative Good management skills Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environment Positive attitude with a willingness to get involved with Networking The team of people you will be working with are from diverse backgrounds and experiences and, as well as being hard working, they enjoy business networking and socialising.
