Are you an experienced recruiter with exceptional candidate sourcing skills?Are you results-driven and financially motivated? Do you have outstanding communication skills to relate at all levels? Your duties and responsibilities as a full-time Recruitment Consultant at this niche agency in Staines will include: Sourcing excellent candidates for their portfolio of high value contract vacancies Building and managing relationships with clients Providing exceptional service while keeping pace with demand in a busy office You will be a self-starter who thrives on the buzz of making a placement, with at least two years’ experience in recruitment or resourcing. You will be a meticulous record-keeper while delivering a rigorous and professional service to your clients. Your candidate resourcing skills include the proficient use of social media, networking, advertising and search, and you excel as part of a small, tightknit team. If you have experience of change management roles and/or recruiting for senior professional roles in financial services, this opportunity is unprecedented. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. This challenging role would see you join a highly professional and well-respected niche agency, who provide project and programme management professionals on an interim contract basis to banks and insurance companies.
