Overview
A Technical Project Manager job based in central Lille or Barcelona for a leading retail tech provider. Salary €45,000-€60,000 DOE plus excellent benefits including bonus, flexible working and home working 1-2 days per week. Due to operational growth and new clients on boarding, this role has been created, the role is based on a full time permanent opportunity. The Company For over 10 years my clients have been created innovative software for global clients, their omnichannel platform enables clients to reach a greater agility and innovation and boost competitiveness. Their clients are predominantly retail and restaurants, with offices in Spain, France, Dubai, India and Mexico, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the worlds leading retail brands and restaurants. The Role You will provide a consulting style service to business partners and Retail clients, effectively integrating my clients solutions. This role can be based in either Barcelona , Spain or Lille France. Along with this your day to day will involve: Drive internal resources & 3rd parties throughout all project phases from kick-off to launch Manage project scope proactively, pushing back or involving sales as appropriate Creating clear plans to succeed, based on clients priorities for timeline, functionality and resources. Part of the role will also involve playing a key part within business development, this includes: Taking ownership of commercial offers together with Services Sales Director, present to potential clients and be part of key deals when negotiating high net deals. Scope out sales opportunities and/or services extensions in projects and convert them into new sales What You Need to Succeed Previous experience in a Project Manager role is key to be successful in this opportunity and ideally within international consulting and development in the Retail and ERP space. Due to working with clients globally, you must be fluent in English and also speak either French or Spanish Along with this, the ideal candidate will also need to have: Solid technical background and software development within an agile environment Experience in delivering international projects across multiple countries, time-zones and languages Flexible and open to international travel to meet with clients and partners globally Expert use of project managements tools such as MS Projects, RAID logs, CRs etc. What You Get in Return A competitive salary of up to €55,000 plus bonus, a career within a fast paced and growing business, within one of the worlds biggest sectors a chance for you to accelerate your own personal development whilst working in a dynamic and fresh culture with flexible working conditions.
