Overview
We are looking for someone with soldering and PCB assembly experience to join a company based just outside Cambridge for a period of 3-4 months. You will work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 6:30am until 2:30pm. You will be testing, fault-finding and repairing production products and must have the ability to use hand assembly tools. You will be responsible for: Final quality inspection Accurate recording of data Conventional and SMT PCB assembly Electro-mechanical assembly Operating PC-driven test systems Material handling Quality Control as directed Pick and packing of goods Requirements Ability to use hand assembly tools is essential Good hand soldering skills Ability to follow assembly drawings and procedures Good attention to detail, with a desire to maintain and improve quality standards This is a physical role and you will need to be comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting
