Overview
My client is a well-established financial planning and asset management firm located in Cheshire. Due to natural business expansion, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join as a Client Services Executive. The CSE will support the Financial Advisers and clients by; Managing leads with the CRM system Client data entry onto internal and third party systems Ongoing client communication regarding meetings, arranging appointments and diary management Preparing meeting packs and valuations for client appointments Checking new business paperwork Manage cash balances and cash movements General ad hoc administrative duties as required Processing expenses and event management The ideal candidate: Previous financial services experience Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills - verbal and written In return, the client will offer: Discretionary/Annual Bonus Pension Life assurance Private Medical Insurance 25 days standard annual leave (able to purchase further leave)
