Overview

Exciting new opportunity to join this specialist Investment Management company who have been established for many years as they seek to expand their Investment Support/Client Services team. You will part of a dynamic team that requires working with other team members in order to provide administrative support to all parts of the team and their clients. The main purpose of the role is to help with client enquiries and the managing of client administrative processes and resources. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in Client Services (call handling), specifically within investment management. Duties will include: Assisting and supporting clients with all enquiries Taking ownership of all client administration tasks undertaken Acting as the main liaison between the investment team and the operations teams and ensure all parties are kept up to date with progress. End to end management of account opening, on-boarding and transfer processes, liaising with operations teams were appropriate. Take responsibility for all appropriate client communication as instructed. Maintenance of client support systems and data. Act as a point of contact for clients, particularly in respect of administration queries. To apply for this role candidates must have previous client services experience from an investment management environment; candidates must be able to demonstrate strong clients services skills and management of large call volumes.
