Overview

Due to significant growth and an exciting year ahead in 2020, a leading financial services organisation are looking to recruit a skilled Solutions Architect to join their growing IT Architecture team. The Solutions Architect will work with the Head of Architecture and technical teams across the business to understand and develop the business requirements and to specify technology solutions. As part of a dynamic, high performing team, the Solutions Architect utilise their excellent technical knowledge, and will be responsible for articulating requirements to the Architecture and Development teams so they can be designed and delivered, working alongside key business stakeholders throughout the process. Key Skills & Experience: Strong technical background across a range of technologies, with primary experience in the Microsoft tech stack – C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, etc. Previous experience in a Solutions / Software / Technical Architecture role Knowledge of analysis, design, architectural patterns, and modelling techniques Strong stakeholder management skills Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure, would be beneficial TOGAF or similar Architecture qualification would be advantageous Experience working in commercial, customer driven environments Exposure to regulated industries, such as financial services, would be beneficial Knowledge of a structured, yet Agile approach to delivery Salary & Benefits: Basic salary up to £80,000 25 days holiday 6% Employer Pension Contribution Private Medical Life Assurance Flexible working hours Additional lifestyle perks & benefits This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Solutions Architect, with a strong technical background, to join a technology focused business at a time of significant growth and investment.
