Overview
Solicitor - Commercial Property - Ledbury Our clients specialist Commercial Property department in Ledbury are looking to recruit a Solicitor who is confident to run their own files and assist the head of department with more complex matters. The successful applicant will have at least 2 year’s PQE and be able to deal with a wide range of cases involving: both commercial and residential development agricultural law freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales new leases lease renewals variations assignments and surrenders landlord and tenant issues secured borrowing Previous experience of handling a commercial property caseload is essential. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong IT ability and confidence in using a range of computer packages, including the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
