Overview
This role is No.2 to the Partner with a firm of Chartered Accountants in York. The role will offer a large degree of autonomy and direct client contact. There will be initial home working in place before the role moves into an office base where there is parking on site. The post will include; Supervision of staff members Reviewing of files Managing a small team, including job allocation and resourcing Review of draft accounts Review of VAT returns Preparation of management accounts from time to time Working on a diverse portfolio of clients including small and medium sized privately-owned limited companies, LLP's, partnerships and sole traders. Ad hoc specialist assignments as and when they arise Production accounts Income tax / corporation tax computations IPS Finance has 40 years experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
