Head of Care Head of Care / Deputy Manager / Care Team Leader. York, North Yorkshire. You will have experience of writing care plans, and working with elderly residents and ideally people with dementia. This is a brand new position as part of strengthening the management team, so you will be working with the registered manager and activities coordinator to drive new ideas, continually improve the home, and be an integral part of the ongoing success of the business. You will receive encouragement, support, and training to help with your own personal development, allowing you to take on more responsibility and move towards a more senior, managerial position over time as you develop your skills and confidence. You might currently be a deputy manager, senior carer or care team leader at the moment looking for a fresh challenge - much more important than length of experience is your energy, enthusiasm and the positive attitude you will bring to the opportunity.
