The Role: Based in the UK the Enterprise Sales Manager will be a highly motivated individual responsible for managing named Enterprise Accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. This position will be responsible for the management and growth and acquisition of new customers and manage key requirements related to a high-performance sales organisation. Responsibilities: • The Enterprise Sales Manager position is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. • Perform revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate the overall performance against quota. • Deliver on the sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales strategies for their region and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements. • Manage and develop key customer relationships. • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships. ndex Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
