Job Description
My client who is a global leader in helping organisations improve, touching brands worldwide in 193 countries, is on the look out for an Enterprise Data Architect. Role: Enterprise Data Architect Start Date: ASAP Salary: £83,000p/a +15% bonus Location: West London Overview / Purpose of the position - Leads the creation and review of a systems capability strategy that meets the strategic requirements of the business. - Captures and prioritises market and environmental trends, business strategies and objectives, and identifies the business benefits of alternative strategies. - Develops enterprise-wide architecture and processes which ensure that the strategic application of change is embedded in the management of the organization, ensuring the buy-in of all key stakeholders. - Develops and presents business cases, for high-level initiatives, approval, funding and prioritisation. - Sets strategies, policies, standards and practices to ensure compliance between business strategies, technology strategies, and enterprise transformation activities. - Devises and implements master data management processes, including classification, security, quality, ethical principles, retrieval and retention processes. - Derives data management structures and metadata to support consistency of information retrieval, combination, analysis, pattern recognition and interpretation, throughout the organization. - Assesses issues which might prevent the organization from making maximum use of its information assets.
