Overview
Prospero Health and Social are looking for experienced support workers to work with individuals aged 18-65. All the individuals will have varying degrees of Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilites, Mental Health and Acquired Brain Injuries. You will help the individuals lead a fulfilling a life possible, assisting them to make informed hoices and maintain as much independence as possible. The suitable candidates will: Have worked a minimum of 6 months recent experience in a similar setting Have a flexible approach towards work Have a passion to help others and make a difference in their lives NVQ Health and Social Level 3 - desirable Good communication skills Organised and good inter-personal skills Your duties will also include: Providing personal care Moving and Handling needs Support with clinical complex needs Assisting with daily living tasks Helping people to learn new skills Encouraging people to reach their full potential Supportingpeople to live as independently as possible Benefits: Flexible Hours Training programmes Dedicated account manager Please contact Suzanne Platt 0161-470-0999.
