Overview

We are actively seeking an HR Business Partner, with a focus on Organisational Development to join a well established charity, that is going through a period of transformation. You will support the Head of HR to deliver a strategic and operational HR service that fully supports business objectives. This role also provides advice and support to all key areas of HR, such as workforce planning, retention, reward and people development to ensure all the people development initiatives are proactive and deliver value. You will also oversee and support the small Learning and Development team and ensure that our Organisational Design initiatives are communicated and facilitated across the organisation.
