Head of Engineering - .NET - React - Angular - Vue - Agency - Start ASAP - London Explore Group are pleased to be partnering with a unique agency in Central London seeking a Head of Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an exciting digital agency who is heavily focused on understanding their clients needs and not only offering an excellent service. But, bringing a whole new outlook to development to their clients. This company have been around for circa 3 years, with their founders being in the Digital Agency space for more than 20 years combined - Be part of something special They have an outstanding company culture and are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of this role whilst leading and mentoring a team of 10 developers. You will be hands on as much as you need to be and the rest of the time you will be helping to make excellent business decisions to put the organisation in the right direction. They are currently at a very exciting phase of their company growth as they continue to drive the success of the company forward. They are working with cutting-edge technology and are passionate about working with best practices. You will also be heavily involved with the recruitment drive as they will expect you to understand client's requirements and bring the right people on board. Ideally you will have Have 5 years' commercial experience working with either .Net, C#, JavaScript, React, Angular or Vue. Be motivated to bring the best service to clients. Been hands on with the requirement process and involved directly with hiring. Have experience working within an agency is a bonus. Experience working with scaling an organisation and making business decisions.
