DATA SCIENTIST £500 LONDON OR READING 6 MONTHS Do you want to be a part of a growing Data Science team within a global leading energy company? The Role As a Data Scientist you will be utilising your skills on a number of projects within the business, including building innovative proof on concepts for complex industrial problems across several business units. You will be applying state-of-the-art techniques from Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, to enhance several business areas. You will also be building on an existing cloud analytics platform while having access to large amounts of data from several sources including, IOT sensors, geospatial and weather data. Specifically, your day to day responsibilities will be as follows: Work in agile teams delivering proof of concepts directly with the business Build state of the art machine learning models and data visualisations Collaborate with our cloud development, data engineering and DevOps teams Skills and experience required: Experience applying Data Science and Machine Learning techniques to solve business problems A strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, TensorFlow/Keras and Tableau Excellent communication skills and experience in presenting ideas to key stake holders Ability and willingness to pick up new skills quickly and adapt to a changing landscape
