DATA SCIENTIST £550 LONDON 6 MONTHS Do you want to be a part of an experienced and pioneering Data Science team? The Role As a Data Scientist you will be working as part of the European Data and Analytics team to develop IP and contribute to the consulting staff development and case support. You will be working across multiple and varied industries to solve a range of complex problems with a wide dataset and analytical techniques. You will use your technical expertise to work across the entire data pipeline, from capturing and cleaning data to presenting findings in a complex format. Specifically, your day to day responsibilities will be as follows: Identify new techniques or technologies that could be deployed across the cases and teams within the business Mentorship of junior Data Scientists and the specialised delivery of Machine Learning and optimisation training Setting the technical direction and delivering the European Data and Analytics IP development program. Two-way translation between commercial problems and analytics solutions Skills and experience required: Minimum of 3 years hands-on business experience applying Data Science to commercial problems Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and Tableau Experience working with one or more of the major cloud platforms Excellent communication abilities and past examples of presenting analysis to business stakeholders
