Overview
4Leisure are recruiting for full time permanent lifeguards in the Marlow area on behalf of a leading leisure facility in the area. This is a great opportunity for anybody looking to start a new career and take a step in to the health & fitness industry. As a lifeguard you will need to be hard-working, focused and have great swimming ability. You will need to be available to work flexible shift patterns on a rota basis including evenings and weekends. This is a 40 hour per week role. An NPLQ certificate is required for this role Your main duties for this role will include: Supervising the pool Adhering to health and safety procedures Carrying out first aid and rescues when required Reporting to the duty manager on site General poolside cleaning The salary for this role is £17,264 per annum. You will be offered monthly training sessions to keep your qualification up to date.
