Medical Receptionist - Full or Part-Time to start ASAP

Overview

Are you a confident and experienced receptionist who thrives in a busy working environment? Working in a busy doctor's practice based in central Marlow, you will be dealing with patients' by phone, scheduling appointments, problem solving and providing a high level of service. Experience in a medical practice is preferred and our full time, part time and temporary roles are available. Please note: you MUST be available to work in the afternoon and shifts will include 6pm to 6.30pm finish times so flexibility to cover these hours is essential. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from patients and greeting patients face-to-face Making and re-arranging appointments for patients Maintaining and updating internal database Completing associated patient administration Essential Skills/ Experience: Previous reception experience (ideally within a Practice or medical setting) with the ability to provide excellent customer service at all times Calm, confident and professional manner both on the phone and face to face Organised with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Good IT and data entry skills Accurate with a high attention to detail Ability to build relationships and work well in a team environment Candidates' suitability for positions will be judged exclusively on criteria relating to qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience and attitude.
