Overview
4Leisure are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of there client a beautiful hotel and spa based in the Buckinghamshire area who are looking for a full time Spa and Leisure Manager to join there friendly team. My client is looking for a experienced passionate, motivated and hard-working Spa and Leisure manager to join there team on a full time basis. The ideal therapist will meet the below criteria; Previous spa & leisure experience is essentialExperience with spa diary to arrange bookings, validations from receptionLeisure experience is desirable- Able to carry out inductions in the gym and oversea the leisure teamBe qualified to a beauty therapy NVQ Level 3 or Equivalentbe confident and comfortable carrying out all beauty treatments; facial, massages, nail treatments, waxing and body wrapsPrevious experience managing a team, training, rotas and promotional offersExperience with budgets and KPI`SHave a motivated and reliable work ethic.Happy to work on a shift and rota basis which would include weekends In return we will be offering the below employment package; A friendly working team environmentHand on management with training platforms put in place to further your progression with the companyCompany benefits; Pension and HolidayA generous salary £27,000 per annum If you are looking for your next step into the spa industry and would to work in vibrant luxury environment we would love to hear from you
