Overview

The HR Project Manager will join on a contract basis to manage an organisational change project, supporting business leaders and employees throughout the programme to ensure commercially viable and mutually beneficial business outcomes. Client Details Our client is a global not for profit organisation based in London Description Project lead on restructures and redundancy projects i.e. (designing approach/process to be followed, communication plan, organisation of all related documentation) Work closely with the relevant HR Partners to develop the business plans and associated change plans and provide recommendations and support to any change and restructure plans Lead and support formal meetings, ensure there is a clear plan of action and approach, detail risks and set out the process clearly for all involved Develop effective relationships within the organisation and promote good employee relations during the Project process Coordinate the scheduling of management and staff meetings Take and disseminate notes during project coordination meetings and follow up on action items with those responsible Manage the inbox of staff feedback and collation of information for restructures; ensure requests and questions are directed to the right person and in a timely fashion Maintain accurate and up to date records of all actions and documentation relating to group and individual meetings Prepare letters and other written correspondence Advise on and assist with drafting settlement agreements Collate and provide metrics as needed Profile Experience of project and change management, restructuring, redundancies and someone who understands the people implications of internal mergers A good understanding of UK employment law, its application and best practice and proven employee relations experience within the UK - some global exposure would be beneficial. The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, manage a variety of priorities and stakeholder groups, and meet project deadlines The ability to work independently and support the work of other team members by being a strong team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop a rapport and strong working relationships across all levels Strong organisational skills, able to plan, prioritise and work under pressure with good attention to detail to manage restructures to conclusion and keep track of progress Job Offer Salary £57-68k dependant on experience, 6 month contract
