Overview

This is a position for a HR Advisor based in Teddington for a large corporate company. Client Details The client is a fantastic corporate business based in Teddington. Description The successful candidate for the position of HR Advisor would have responsibilities such as: Provide strong advice and support on handling and resolving complex employee relations issues, including disciplinarians and grievances Provide support to managers during the recruitment cycle including assessing resource requirements, salary bench marking and supporting the management team with senior positions at interview and assessment stage, as appropriate. Implement the company performance management process, ensuring managers are competent in performance assessment and objective setting. Support succession planning and provide advice to manage talent and performance capability. Carry out training needs analysis for employees and make recommendations for appropriate training interventions. Support the development of company values and ensuring effective management of employee feedback. Maintain accurate employee data in the central database we use, including coordination of international employee data to ensure up to date and accurate records are maintained.
