Overview

This role is a fantastic interim HRD role working for a local construction business in Kent. It's a busy and fast paced role with the opportunity to hit the ground running from day one. Both operational and strategic, reporting into the MD. Full time role with a chance to go permanent subject to performance and business needs. Client Details My client are a constuction business in Sevenoaks. Description Creating and developing the People strategy alongside the SMT Manage the HR function entirely, including the L&D and best practice strategy Be an expert in managing complex ER cases around investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, redundancies, ET's, performance and attendance problems Adapt your delivery according to internal stakeholders Travel with business needs (adhoc) Manage the HR budget alongside Finance Promote the Employee engagement programme Management of annual HR processes Work in collaboration with the recruitment team Profile You will be autonomous yet colleborative You will be CIPD Level 5 or above qualified (if CIPD level 5 you ideally need a few years experience at a similar level) You will be able to drive You will be able to travel for the needs of the business You will have managed a team of business partners You will be able to manage complex ER cases You will be accustomed to delivering a strategic people plan Job Offer Competitive salary and car allowance Holiday Life assurance Generous pension Discounts Parking nearby or on site
