Overview
This role is a 3 month FTC role sitting alongside another HR admin to manage the backlog of HR administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some more experience in a well-known business in Kent. Full time role. Client Details My client are a blue collar business in Kent. Description Support the recruitment team with HR and recruitment administration (offer letters, contracts, references etc.) Assisting with the new starter and leaver process, and maintaining the HR system with accurate information Help with employee lifecycle: probations, exit interviews, sickness, absence, holidays, health care benefit maintenance Support the L&D team with updating the system with results from training, internal performance and training meeting notes, training course evaluation forms, uploading certificates for compliance Adhoc business support responsibilities such as help with timesheet data entry Produce management reports when required Profile You will ideally be CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards, or relevant experience You will be able to commute to the office easily You will be available at short notice You will be able to collaborate with another HR admin You will be highly IT proficient Job Offer up to circa 22k basic salary and benefits
