Overview

This role is a great FTC role. with likelihood to go permanent at the end of the 3 months. It is an operational role looking after your own business division. Full time. Client Details My client are a blue collar business in Sevenoaks. Description Manage your own business division Implement policies, procedures and guidelines according to the objectives of the business Provide HR generalist support such as complex ER cases, redundancies, TUPE, Ts and Cs variations etc. Working with business managers to roll out their business plans Mitigate risk where necessary Drive best practice around employment legislation, systems and processes Provide benefit advice to employees Participate in adhoc project work Support the apprentice programme Profile You will be an autonomous worker and have worked in a construction or blue collar environment You will ideally be CIPD level 5 or 7 qualified You will be able to drive You will be able to manage employee relations You will be able to work with senior managers in a BP model You will have experience working with circa 1000 employees Job Offer Up to 45k annual salary Car allowance other competitive benefits
