Then read on We have partnered with a leading marketing business in their search for a Head of People Operations to be based in their head office in West Central, London (near Oxford Circus), on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of People, you will lead all aspects of People Operations and Service Delivery for Group and work closely with internal stakeholders, board members and the wider People Team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to; Setting and delivering the strategy of the Group’s People Operations function Manage and improve systems and work processes Responsible for People Analytics Lead on Employee Engagement and Retention analytics Create excellent employee experiences through employee lifecycle Manage and develop the People Operations Service Delivery Team Experience they are looking for; Proven experience of working in a fast paced, complex business. Ideally in the creative/marketing/tech sector Strong experience of being a senior HR professional, within an analytical, data driven role Used to an environment of change Experience of managing a team Idea’s person who works collaboratively in a team
