Overview

Growing global brokerage who has created a brand new role to formalize their recruitment processes. There will be a clear focus on graduate recruitment and this individual will work closely with the Head of HR, also based in London. Client Details Growing global brokerage. Description The primary area of responsibility is to assist the Head of Human Resources in the recruitment, training and evaluation of new colleagues across the global offices. Recruitment responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting department heads to write Job Descriptions they are looking to fill Posting Job Descriptions on approved job websites Working with approved recruitment agents to promote positions and schedule interviews with selected candidates Assisting department heads to write interview questions, and feedback forms tailored for each position Scheduling candidate review meetings with relevant parties Maintaining University relationships for graduate recruitment Scheduling visits to Universities to present to students at careers fairs Managing applications for graduate positions with department heads Training and evaluation responsibilities include but are not limited to: Arranging required training sessions for new joiners; this can include cyber-security, Intranet familiarisation, working through accessing the correct software systems and more Scheduling evaluations for junior recruits Outreach to the general body of colleagues about their training needs Profile A tertiary activity will be working with Marketing and Office Management to help arrange office events and trips including Corporate Social Responsibility trips, adventure weekends and one-off sports events. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies: Strong fun skills a must Strong organizational and time management skills Skilled in Microsoft applications, including Excel, and general computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results-oriented with personal accountability Excellent attention to detail, quality and control A self-starter, able to work on own initiative Committed to the motivation and improvement of teams Committed to learning about People Management QUALIFICATIONS University degree or equivalent Campus Recruitment experience a big plus General Human Resources experience a plus An international outlook; foreign languages and experience a plus Experience in brokerage or trading environment a plus Job Offer Competitve Salary Benefits
