Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a multinational accountancy firm; they are looking for a HR BP with strong generalist experience. This is an integral role, working closely with the relevant business lines as well as various senior stakeholders relating to projects. Accountabilities include: Anticipating issues and needs within the Service Line (SL) and address these effectively Providing insight on People issues, particularly technical ER knowledge within the SL, such as TUPE, re-organisation, redundancy, acquisition, performance management, leading cases and providing a robust point of view on business decisions and their impact upon people. Work closely with one or more parts of the Financial Services (FS) UK business to ensure that the day to day HR/People agenda is effectively delivered and managed. Ensuring the quality of your day to day delivery and identify opportunities for further personal development. As this is a senior role, they are looking for someone ideally with experience within a professional services firm.
