Overview
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading business in their search for a permanent HR Advisor. Salary is up to £30k and will be based in South West London. This is a great opportunity to join a leading business as they go through an exciting period of change and support the business with generalist HR Advice. Key duties include but not limited to; ·Managing first line ER cases and providing support and advice to relevant line managers. ·Reviewing and updating policies and procedures where necessary. ·Being the first point of contact for all HR issues or enquiries. ·Assisting with the full cycle of recruitment. We are looking for ; ·At least 2 years experience at HR Advisor/Officer/Generalist (Essential) ·Exposure working ER cases and working closely with relevant managers. ·Strong generalist experience with exposure to TUPE (Desirable) ·Ideally previous experience working in the charity sector or similar environment.
