Office based HR Manager role requiring strong experience in payroll and stakeholder management. Supporting line managers on site and being the first point of contact for all employees. Description Manage outsourced payroll and ensure line managers are aligned to timescales and process Manage, up-skill and influence stakeholders Responsible for the entire employee life-cycles of all employees on site, from corporate functions to engineers/ operational workforce Responsible for talent development, including apprenticeship programmes Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Profile Successful experience managing payroll Systematic, meticulous, process driven individual Understanding of an operational workforce Ability to establish trusting stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing skills Confident and resilient individual able to "hold their own" Job Offer Circa £43,000 per annum plus additional benefits
