Group Payroll Manager £65k to £75k Benefits - City A leading and dominant Insurance Brokers based in the City seek and experienced Group Payroll Manager to head up their UK payroll offering. This role reports into the Group HR Director and you will be the main subject matter expert for everything related to payroll. The role: Subject matter expert for the Group payroll Full management and processing of the monthly payrolls Close liaison with HR and Finance Management and development of 2 payroll administrators Payroll Accounting: Journals, reconciliations and the GL Processing of the P11Ds for the group Responsible for new starter on-boarding across the group Monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll reporting for the Board Conduct quarterly payroll auditing Management and up to date knowledge of pensions Must have's: Strong payroll management experience and exposure Strong leadership qualities and development of people Strong communication skills internal and external Ability to push back and hold your own in terms of internal Stake Holder High levels of attention to detail Strong payroll systems knowledge
