Entry-level HR opportunity, Media & Advertising, Central London Your new company An exciting HR Administrator opportunity working with a global media agency based in Central London. Your new role In your new HR Administrator role, you'll be working in a tightly knit team, reporting directly into the HR Manager. You'll be responsible for assisting with onboarding and new starter processes; supporting HR project work (incl. wellbeing initiatives); providing high volume HR administration and assisting Learning & Development programmes. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your new role, you'll be a highly organised, computer literature individual with a keen interest in kickstarting your HR career. Ideally you'll have had some exposure to HR and/or secured your CIPD 3 (or above) and/or secured your degree in an HR-related field. What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive a £22,000 salary. You'll also be entitled to a discretionary bonus up to 10% of your base salary (dependant on employee and company performance).
