Overview
We're working with a dynamic, innovative, international market leading, professional services organisation, who following a team restructure are now recruiting for a Learning & Development professional to be based in Birmingham and focus on the design of learning solutions. You will be responsible for creating high quality, effecitve and efficient learning solutions. You will take a training need or bussiness problem and design evidence based, commercially driven solutions that are blended, engaging and interactive to address these needs. Along with creating business solutions you will also be responsible for the maintenance and updating of existing learning programmes. In order to be successful in your application you must be a learning & development professional able to demonstrate end to end design and learning methodology. You will also need experience in evidence based learning interventions, the use of digital interventions and forward thinking solutions. You will have project management experience with the ability to work cross function.
