Please read on………… Our client, an impressive, global specialist manufacturing business, is looking for a confident, credible and capable HR advisor used to working at pace in a commercial environment, ideally manufacturing. As part of an HR team you will be a key point of contact with the wider business providing HR advice and guidance, partnering managers with operational HR support including employee relations and employment law advice. You will also support new and on-going HR Projects including engagement and recognition programmes, employee forums. Ideally CIPD qualified (or studying towards CIPD level 3), in addition to your HR experience you will be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, meet adhoc or tight deadlines and challenge in a professional manner, with appropriate timing. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your HR style depending on your audience.
