Papworth Trust has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to support our services in the East of England. You will be working on a full time basis as part of a fixed term contract until May 2021. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,824 per annum. Hours : 37.5 hours Mon-Fri (Flexi time available around core hours of 10am-4pm) Papworth Trust has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to support our services in the East of England. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, an enthusiastic team player with experience of working in a fast paced environment to join our HR team to partner with our operational colleagues to influence the People Strategy What you’ll do as a HR Business Partner: - Influence the delivery of the People Strategy and Business Plan - Partner with directors, heads of department and service mangers to provide people related recommendations and solutions - Influence organisational risks and options, in relation to recruitment and anticipated turnover. - Work with operation managers to embed Performance Management across the organisation - Produce, analyse and feedback monthly organisational People and HR KPIs plan and implement TUPE transfers in and out of the Trust. - Design, review and deliver HR workshops to support managers across the organisation - Support the annual salary review - Support the ongoing review of HR Policies and Procedures In return we will offer our HR Business Partner : Competitive pay A contributory Pension Retail Voucher Scheme 25 days annual leave plus public holidays Flexi Time Supportive induction programme Regular supervisions Employee Assistive Programme A great place to work (IIP standard status, working towards IIP Silver status within 12 months) Why join us?
