Overview
Temp HR Administrator This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for an individual looking to embark on a HR career by gaining experience in a diverse organisation. You would be joining a business that are passionate about what they do and how they do it. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and have the support to do that You must be a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic team player with experience of working in a fast paced admin environment. Previous HR experience would be advantageous, but is not essential. You will play a vital part in providing a complete administration service in respect of recruitment, payroll, sickness absence and the management of HR records. You will have the ability to respond quickly, re-prioritising to meet the needs of the business as required. This role involves high volumes of recruitment activity, so strong customer service skills and the ability to juggle numerous demands are essential. You must also be confident on the phone and able to question managers to fully understand the nature of their query or issue. Experience of building relationships with both internal and external customers is fundamental to the success of the role.
