Recruitment Business Partner - Hersham - International Engineering Corporation - Up to £45,000 Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen working within an international gas and chemical corporation. With operations in over 50 countries, they work across a wide range of industries from food and beverage to medical, energy and transportation. They are now seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join their team, as they continue to go from strength to strength through a £15Bn global investment. Your new role In your new role, you will be playing a pivotal role in executing the overall recruitment strategy plans. You will be leading the day to day fulfilment of all vacancies in your region; managing all tasks related to recruitment and building a pipeline of top talent, skill fully converting passive candidates through managing sourcing channels and identifying new sources of top talent. You will work alongside internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment, employing a particular focus on diversity. You will understand the local markets, monitoring and reviewing internal processes and new legislation. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your new BP role, you'll have proven full cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house for a large matrix organisation. Agency experience may be considered, especially if specialised in the engineering sector. You will have a proven ability to successfully prioritise and manage a large and diverse requisition workload. With previous experience of working with application tracking systems and strong influencing skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. A knowledge of English and Czech or Slovak is required.
