Assistant Payroll Manager- £50K - £55K Bonus & Benefits - Banking - City of London Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading Investment institution located in the city to recruit an Assistant Payroll Manager on a Permanent Basis. This role will involve: Working closely with Payroll Team to meet all deadlines Building strong relationships with outsourced payroll provider Ensuring a high-level reconciliation of the Payroll Building internal and external relationships with departments such as HR, Finance and Reward Being a key player in Payroll projects Working closely with Payroll Manager to place controls and frameworks in place Help to process UK, Guernsey and Swiss Payroll and pensions on a monthly basis Skills and experience needed: Strong UK payroll Experience Exposure to EMEA or Swiss payroll Strong Excel skills (V look Ups, Pivot Tables) Strong attention to detail Must come from a Financial or Professional services background
