Overview

HR Business Partner Charity Perm £45,200 - £51,900 I am working with a well-known charity supporting girls and young women in the UK who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The HRBP will support the Head of HR to deliver a strategic and operational HR Service that integrates with the business to support the organisations' organisational and People strategies. Main areas of responsibilities will include: Managing generalist HR functions Leading on OD initiatives and people interventions Conducting training sessions as required Supporting the Head of HR on salary and benefits review for staff and candidate engagement Directly managing an HR officer, providing coaching mentoring and ensuring high standards of HR service delivery The successful candidate will have solid experience in a Generalist HR Business partnering role including experience in delivering HR Transformation projects to deadline and to budget. Having been in a similar role, you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
