Overview
A global leading Management Consultancy are looking for an HR Manager to join their team. As HR Manager you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Minimising employment law risk and providing counselling, guidance and coaching Providing guidance with ER issues Ensuring data protection audits are carried out Maintaining knowledge of legislation changes and recommending on process/policy updates Supporting with performance processes and checking reviews for under performance, partnering with leadership etc. Keeping informed on existing and changing UK immigration laws to ensure practices are consistent with UK legislation Acting as advisor on immigration matters Leading annual benchmarking processes for all employees Taking lead on disaster recovery programmes Review talent processes and support development and delivery of strategy Provide day to day management of two people Other ad hoc responsibilities As HR Manager, you will possess: Good knowledge of employment law Strong line management experience Good influencing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If this HR Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
