Overview
A global law firm is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team to support the Business Services side of the firm. Key responsibilities of this include: Reporting into and working closely with the Senior People Manager for Business Services to assist with the development and delivery of the advisory service Supports the performance, salary and bonus review process for the client group Take a lead in managing external salary benchmarking data Be a first point of contact for employee relations Take part in any disciplinary/grievance investigations and hearings, supporting the senior people manager where appropriate Support the Head of People Advisory and D&I Manager to help deliver on the firms' strategy Arrange and conduct meetings with employees on any HR related matters This person will: Have experience of working at Advisor level within professional services Have experience of handling employee relations issues Have a good knowledge of HR procedures Be enthusiastic and a team player If interested, please apply directly
