Overview

We're currently working with a global insurance firm on an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join their established and highly experienced HR team in London. The HRBP will support an international client group with a varied workforce and will therefore benefit from an HR professional experienced in partnering with overseas stakeholders as well as UK. Reporting to the EVP HR for this global business area, responsibilities will include: Develop relationships within the client groups, providing advice to and coaching business managers Supply and implement recruitment strategies, assisting in identifying approaches to attraction and retention Work with business managers to identify L&D needs, liaising with the L&D CoE team to determine an appropriate development approach Provide consultation and mentoring to managers on performance, ER issues etc. Support the performance management process Support managers with the annual compensation review process Partner with the business on talent and succession planning Drive and maintain a diverse and inclusive workforce Assist with the roll out of a diverse range of projects along with the wider HR team Candidates suitable for this opportunity will: Have experience as an HR partner to senior management in UK and overseas positions Have worked in a financial services firm most recently Be highly competent in the generalist HR cycle from compensation to ER Be confident in business analytics and Excel Be assertive and commercially aware
