A seriously good contract HR Business Partner role just landed near Heathrow… Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner Contract Type: 6-12 months FTC (maternity cover) Location: London, Near Heathrow Start Date: ASAP Salary: £55-60k per annum (may be flexible for a superstar) What can we tell you about this great role? You will be working as part of the award-winning HR Team, based in our client’s European HQ near Heathrow, this role will business partner a number of Commercial teams (selected from for example IT, Finance, Legal, Category Marketing, Insights, Sales, R&D, Quality, Sustainability and Net Revenue Management). Your client group will be approximately 250-300 employees located in the HQ and across business units in the UK, Ireland and Europe. What will be keeping you busy? The Senior/HR Business Partner will work with the Commercial Leader for each functional area to develop and implement the strategic People Plan. They will also be responsible for providing an excellent operational HR service, supported by Centres of Excellence in Organisational Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition. The role also works closely with Market Unit HR teams to manage HR activities across the matrix e.g. Talent Management, Organisational Change The role will also support the HR Director with complex organisational design and change management programmes, and in delivering key engagement projects as required, for example the annual employee engagement survey. There is also opportunity to work with peers across Europe to deliver Pan-European projects in line with the Group HR Strategy. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and operate autonomously to manage both the strategic and operational requirement of the role and deliver business partnering solutions on time and in full. Applicants will need to demonstrate 3-5 years’ experience in a similar commercial generalist HR role (previous FMCG experience will be a distinct advantage) and provide evidence of being a true business partner, delivering business improvement. You will have a strong working knowledge of ER, Performance Management, Recruitment, Induction and on-boarding just to name a few. We are looking for applicants who possess an authentic and collaborative approach, readily able to build relationships which foster effective business partnerships, therefore communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
